Capt. Marcus Wilson
Years ago, in his mid-20s, Captain Marcus Wilson started fishing on the Bay with his dad like many a young Captain. The “Jodi Lee” sets the standard for the best example of a classic, bay-built boat. The definitive native skipper, Captain Monty has been fishing the Chesapeake longer than he'll probably admit, but he has the enthusiasm of a fisherman half his age. “Let’s go get ‘em” is his famous catchphrase. Well, famous around here at least.

Then feel the excitement build as you wait for Capt. Marty to signal "lines in," and compete to be the angler in your party who catches the biggest fish.
Capt. John Murphy
Captain John Murphy cut his teeth as a mate here at the Rod ‘N’ Reel Dock. He learned charter fishing on the bay with some of the area’s best veteran captains and combines his depth of knowledge with a high-energy, modern approach to reeling them in.
Capt. Ed Green Jr.
Captain Eddie Green Jr. is a fisherman. Period. Or should we say, exclamation point. His passion for fishing is matched by a long track record exploring the Chesapeake—including growing up working with his dad on the "Why Not" and 13 successful years on his former "Bay Raider." Plumb crazy for fishing? You bet.
Capt. Jon Tkach
