We do not allow any outside food or beverage, because we are a full service caterer. Our menu is so extensive we will certainly find something that works perfectly for your event! However, feel free to bring your own wedding cake, edible party favors or candy buffet. We’re assuming you’ve already handled questions like: “Do you love Boston Terrier puppies as much as I do?”, “What color are my eyes?” and “Will you marry me?” Now for the really important questions, at least when it comes to planning your wedding.


Q: How much should I leave for a deposit?

A: The initial deposit covers the rental fee for both the ceremony site and ballroom.

What is the payment policy?

A:

Fifty percent of the estimated total bill will be due six months before the

event. The final payment and guaranteed guest count are due 14 days prior to

the event.


Q:

When do we have to finalize our menu?

A:

Four to eight weeks before the event.


Q:

Can we bring our own food and beverages?

A: We do not allow any outside food or beverage, because we are a full service caterer. Our menu is so extensive we will certainly find something that works perfectly for your event! However, feel free to bring your own wedding cake, edible party favors or candy buffet.

What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you cancel your event, there are no refunds of any deposits or payments you make up to the date of cancellation.

Are there any additional charges?

A:

The only additional charges are a 20-percent service charge on food and beverage, a sixpercent Maryland sales tax on food and equipment and a 9% MD State Liquor Tax on Beer, Wine and all Liquor.

Do you allow smoking?

A:

We don’t allow smoking inside the building or in the hotel rooms. However, we

do offer designated smoking areas outside.


Q:

Do we have to pay for parking?

A: No. We provide complimentary valet parking and a large self-parking lot.

Do you allow outside vendors?

A:

We have our own array of recommended vendors, but you may also bring in your

own.


Q:

Do you have a backup option in case of rain?

A: We actually have three options in case of inclement weather:

  1. Delay as long as we can, which unfortunately will cut into the reception time.
  2. Bring the ceremony out to our fountain at the front of our property so guests can stand under the awning.
  3. Bring the ceremony inside to the ballroom where guests sit at their round tables and special guests (parents, siblings, grandparents, etc.) have chairs on the dance floor. The ceremony would run the same way, just at a different location. This is our most popular rainy-day option.

Can you reserve a block of hotel rooms for wedding guests?

A:

Yes! We can reserve a block of rooms for your guests the night before and the

night of your wedding.


Q:

Does the wedding couple receive a complimentary room?

A: They do! Our wedding packages include a complimentary King Waterview room with a balcony.
